This ISBN, 8252549047, belongs to the book club edition, i.e. publisher is Den norske bokklubben.

Halvor, WorldCat and the book cover both say Oktober. None of the books on WorldCat mention Den norske bokklubben.
That is correct, however, the ISBN series 82 525 belongs to the publisher I mentioned. All books by Oktober start out "82 495", as far as I know.
This edition actually has two ISBNs, the one I have mentioned and 8249501217 , which is the Oktober ISBN.
Here is the Norwegian National Library database entry for this edition: https://urn.nb.no/URN:NBN:no-nb_digib...
Halvor, the Library you linked to, doesn't have the isbn on first glance, but it also mentions Oktober.I put both isbns into their search function and both came out Oktober.
Sorry, I gave a link to a different interface which doesn't show both ISBNs. Here is the one I meant to share:https://www.nb.no/nbsok/nb/4f8c1d3805...
It shows you both ISBNs, although only Oktober is listed as publisher.
If you need better proof that '82 525' belongs to the book club edition I will provide it. I hope my word that it does is sufficient though.

"Den norske bokklubben" is one of the franchises of "De norske Bokklubbene" (the Norwegian book clubs) and the one that applies to the edition in question.
Halvor, unfortunately it isn't a matter of your word. As a volunteer Librarian I have certain rules to follow or I could lose that privilege. If you can provide proof that "Den norske bokklubben" has an edition we can add an alternative edition. Does it have a different cover? Is so, it might be best to add the cover to your photos.
Well, that other edition already exists, https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...Now, all we need is to get the name of the publisher of the topic edition to conform with facts.
Please note that in the second link I presented in my above comment there is unequivocal proof that the ISBN belongs the the publisher which I claim it does.
Please also correct the title, where the numbers are separated by periods rather than dashes.
Sorry, both the National Library & WorldCat have that ISBN with Oktober, so that stays. I will create a new edition with the other publisher & the name in words & dashes. Basically it is an alternative cover edition. The book that is entered into the database with the isbn gets to keep it, whether it was published first or last doesn't matter. GR Policy.
It obviously must have a different cover as the other covers mention Oktober. Can you provide the new cover or direct me to somewhere it is available.
What year was it published and I'm assuming it is hardcover, so if its not, just let me know.

Please read message #5 again and pay particular attention to the last paragraphs, i.e. the ETA added text. Then again, follow that link to the Global Register of Publishers and read, again, which Norwegian publisher wields ISBN starting with "82 525".There's so much else that you are obviously neglecting or misinterpreting here, so let's start there and take this step by step.
Sorry, no. I cannot just change something that is on the National Library of Norway and also on WorldCat, regardless of how logical you think that is.Some other librarian or Super may have a different opinion, but I'm not comfortable with changing something like that.
I've given you the Alternative Cover/Publisher Edition and that is as far as I'm going.
Yes, perhaps some other librarian needs to check in on this request. Rivka perhaps. As for your last paragraph, I have already pointed out the fact that both editions already exist on Goodreads.

#2: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
Here you can see another example of how this must be done with Norwegian book club books:#1: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...
#2: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...
Both ISBNs are assigned to the same physical book. One belongs to the publisher Gyldendal, the other to a book club.
This is a matter of course for a myriad of Norwegian books.
I request again that this issue be looked at once more! I have already suggested Rivka look in on this request.I can provide more documentation that Norwegian book club editions are often identical to first editions and that the colophon displays the ISBN of both the main publisher and the book club.
Still, the link I provided in message #5 to grp.isbn-international.org should quite suffice to prove my claim.
