Second chance/turns in on herself because of rejection

Its contemporary and the book starts out at an office party/celebration. The H is the star of the company, a literary agent or something similar. The h is an editor or ghostwriter..? The h falls in love with the H who ends the relationship brutally by dumping her because she becomes jealous. She kind of stalks him after he gets tired of her. She cant stand to work in the same office as him and after a couple of months she leaves the company and gets another job with an agency...? She convinces the new boss to take a chance on her and the other boss understands why she has to leave the old company with a broken heart. She starts to waste away because she lost the love of her life. Years later she is working in an office with her assistant and the H ends up coming to her office because he just got a job as the editor....? in her new comapny or something like that and he ends up outside her office. He at first doesn't recognize her because she has lost so much weight and she looks way different. It finally dawns on him that it is her and he makes it his mission to get her back to her former self. He then falls in love with her.
