I'm sorry. We need an official announcement - do you have a link to the award website?

That is the official announcement. They do everything via dreamswidth. They don't have a separate website. If you go to https://reviews-and-ramblings.dreamwi..., you'll see they just announced all the winners, but there's no master post for all the honorable mentions, just individual posts.

EDIT: They did a master post of all Honorable Mentions via email, but that doesn't really help in this case.
