Halvor, a question — WorldCat shows 179 pages. Does your 184 page count include the acknowledgements? (Those would be included in the page count.)

I wrote "Acknowledgements", it should be "Author's Note", and yes the 184 count includes that. (Just to be clear, the "Author's Note" is the author writing about this book.)
