Ok, the book was written early-mid 1970s by a female author. Title is a year, something like 2020 or 2027. Protagonist goes to sleep, wakes up in the future. When he goes to sleep in the future, his waking life is back in the present and goes on like this as he learns many amazing things in the future that he needs to learn & practice in present life.
