Great list Tom! Dickens, Dumas, Collins, Wharton and Fitzgerald are some of my favorite authors. I'm hoping to read A Study In scarlet this year because I've never read one from Arthur Conan Doyle.

I've read The Lost World by Arthur Conan Doyle, but never a Sherlock Holmes (story or novel).

I've read The Haunting of Hill House and the story The Lottery. I'm looking forward to this one.
