Judy Moody was in a Mood

My kids are a big fan of Judy Moody, and I can see why. She's not perfect, she has an annoying little brother Stink, and she really, really, really doesn't want to go back to school. This story centers around a collage Judy has to make about herself, and it includes several anecdotes about funny things, cool things, and horrible things that have happened to Judy. She learns that a boy she hates might not be so bad after all, and she turns a disaster into something awesome. This is a great read for 3rd/4th graders, and I've had a significant amount of luck getting some of my reluctant readers to try this one (the graphics throughout the book help make it less intimidating).
