The last Killer Instincts book--Midnight Target. Not only did I have to wrap up an eight-book series, but I had two romances to develop and a complicated mission to write! I love how the books turned out, though :)

All the time! Usually I take a day or two off, step away from the project, and try to regroup and clear my head. Most of the time, taking that time and distance works.
