Chosen by current moderators
Requirements: Currently active in the group; a track record of engagement; can commit for at least 2018 or longer.
Responsibilities: Come up with new ways to engage members, create challenges, monitor posts, resolve conflicts, etc.
We are specifically looking for someone to Moderate the different Member Threads like the Introduction Thread, encourage members in their Personal Member and Book Threads, and engage in the different conversations in the “Let’s Chat” section.
If you are interested, please send me, Kadijah Michelle, a message answering the following questions by December 11:
1. Why do you think you would make a good moderator?
2. What's your favorite part of the group? Why?
3. Are there any groups that you moderate? If yes, which ones and what are your responsibilities? (Please note: this doesn't necessarily count for or against you. We're trying to better understand your history and the time you have available to help us.)
4.How often do you check in to Goodreads?
5. Is there anything else we should know about you?
