A paranormal investigative group is asked to look into a ghost haunting at a bed and breakfast or mansion turned hotel they discover that the " ghost" is really a vampire that lives there and is original owner of house the female ghost hunter ends up falling in love with the vampire

I think it comes from one of the the Black Dagger Brotherhood books. If I remember correctly, I think it was about Mhurder. I think he & Xhex had something going. I'm trying to go thru my books to find it, but haven't had any luck yet.
It sounds really familiar & bugging me now. Lol. I'll keep looking & see if I find anything. I'll probably find it & be completely off track.
