2018 Reading Rainbow

Pick a month, then pick a color or colors that remind you of the month. For example, in July, one may usually think RED, WHITE, and BLUE. So we will be given a choice to read a book that is with a predominately red, white, or blue cover (at less 75%); or you can just pick one color for the month/examples will be given.

January (Tessa) Silver, Blue, White
February (Diana S) Red - Pink
March (Bethany) Green - Pastel Colors (lavender, light blue, pale yellow, etc)
April (Amberly) Pink - Purple - Yellow
May
June (Amber) Yellow, Green, Blue
July
September
October (Linda C) orange, black, white
November
December

2018 Remembrances

Pick a month and give us an object on the cover that reminds you for that month. For example, December, it could remind you of Christmas trees. So we would read a book with a Christmas Tree(s) on the cover/examples will be given.

January - promising to get healthy by starting an exercise program - someone doing a physical exercise on the cover.
February
March (Tessa) March Madness - Any BALL used in a sport (bonus if it's a basketball) on the cover
April
May (Linda C) Mother's Day - woman & child on cover
June (Diana S) Fun in the Sun - a beach on the cover
July
August (Amberly) Dog Days of Summer - dog on the cover
September (Amber) Banned Book Week - book on the cover
October
November
December

Linda C (libladynylindac) | 988 comments For the New Year's Eve task the number examples don't seem to fit the 2018 numbers we are supposed to use. Can you clarify?

message 14: by Linda C (new)

Linda C (libladynylindac) | 988 comments Ah. I see you did make a change from the original task list. I copied the list to my computer before it was complete and this task originally said 3 of the 4 which didn't seem to work, Got the correct version now.
