December 2017 Reading Challenge: Cozy Up With a Kitty!

Until I got a cat last October, I was somewhat ambivalent about them in general. But now, I am big fan of my deeply dramatic cat named Puff and I generally like other cats.



However you feel about cats, chances are that you have strong feelings about cats. So this month, we are going to keep it easy and cozy by reading a book that features a cat of some sort on the cover! In pretty much every genre, there are a least a few books that have a cat on the cover. If you are looking for a mystery though, run to our Cozy Up to the Holidays display! It has several mysteries with felines on the covers. If mystery is not for you, felines run rampant in science fiction, romance, fiction, and non-fiction too. Just ask for a cat book at the desk and we will find you one!

I think for this month, I’m going to reread one of my favorite books of all time, The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov, a book featuring a hard drinking, chess playing cat named Behemoth!
