URGENT - I've fallen for a girl I met on a plane who I sat next to and we chatted for about 10 hours straight. Before I got on the flight I made a prediction to my friends that I was going to meet my future wife on that plane, and so anyway I managed to grab her number but I want to talk to her about the book she was reading on the plane! She suggested I read this book, but I forgot what the name of the book was called!

Plot: "the main character is an author, who has a relationship/friendship with a teenager (boy I think), however the boy is found dead by the author's prodigy, buried in the author's garden." essentially it is a psychological thriller / murder mystery and I think it is new-ish and quite well known.

In may have miss heard the description of the book, so if you know anything similar the please share!
