Source for FINAL page count

Does Worldcat have the final say on what the actual page count of a book is?

Book in hand is the best source. Besides that, Worldcat usually counts pages the same way as Goodreads, but they do occasionally include previews of other books in their counts or do not include the last page with countable content if it is unnumbered.

Amazon and publishers usually include things Goodreads does not, so they're not the most reliable, but are better than nothing if no book in hand or Worldcat doesn't have a count.

For ebooks and audiobooks the manual should help.
