Monika M. (cassiopeia_the_elf) | 20 comments Hi,
I am a Goodreads Librarian and I have a question concerning series of specific editions of books.
For example, if a country decides to publish various world know books' translations in one series with similar covers (a few examples in Lithuania: https://www.knygos.lt/lt/knygos/serij... or https://www.pegasas.lt/pegaso+kolekcija/ )
These books are written by different authors and have nothing in common except that they are valuable literature. I thought I can create a series and add appropriate books to it. However, when editing series and adding books, if I search for specific book, I can only select its main edition.. But not that specific one in Lithuanian language that I am looking for..

It this deed possible? Can someone help me by explaining?
Thanks in advance!

Philip (burnnerman) | 5912 comments Does not sound like a Series according to GR Policy. Also in a series you cannot select a specific edition. Sounds like what you really want is to create a Listopia, those you can pick a specific edition, and do not fall under the Series Policies.

Here is the link to create a new Listopia list: https://www.goodreads.com/list/new

If there are more than 100 books to add, we can help out as there is a limit of 100 additions to a list per user (I don't think this will affect you, but just in case!).
