For the theme books in this folder the is quite a bit of voting to be done. - A folder is opened for theme nominations. - Themes are collected and put on a poll. - Poll ends and highest theme is placed as theme for the given month. - Another thread is opened for theme book nominations. - Theme books are put onto a poll where they are picked. - Highest theme book is picked as the Group Theme BOTM. - Again another thread is made just for the theme. - There you will put other books you have read under the the same theme and the person with the highest book count at the end of the month can pick a group read for the month after.
