Tobias smiled at her glancing down at Liam for a second before looking over at her," Im glad for it too." He said softly," you are not starting this again.. It was my own fault I got sick. It was my choice to run around in the ran so you didn't have to. We argued about this while I was sick."

Toby chuckled softly," it wasnt your fault I got food poisoning.. I should have known better than to eat undercooked chicken." He answered," Really? I'm pretty sure I knew I loved you when you were cleaning up after me while I was sick.. Not many girlfriends would have done that."
Tobias laughed," alright fine you got me there.. I was really afraid of hurting your feelings that night. You worked so hard that day."
Toby smiled at her affectionately," honey if I told you that night I wasn't going to eat what you cooked you would have been heart broken." He stated softly," I still would rather you be happy than upset with me."
Toby grinned at her," Well good because I still love you too."
He nodded," Yup so no more doubting me."
Toby smiled at her and squeezed her fingers," Sorry Liam."He said softly
Toby grinned at her as he also started to eat. He looked up at the tv as he watched with Liam
Toby finished his pie and laid down on his stomach for a little bit
Tobias smiled over at her." Umm do you know who you are talking to?" He asked laughing a little." of course I want dessert."
Toby looked at her." can I have both?" He asked," And do you need help with anything?"
Tobias nodded a little bit," Okay fine." He answered watching her a little bit.
Tobias grabbed Liam and pulling him into his lap with a grin. He couldn't seem to get enough of his small son
Tobias looked down at the small boy in his lap," What is it buddy?"'he asked
"Yes I love your mommy very much," he answered softly
Toby smiled a bit and hugged him tightly.
Toby looked up at her," Why thank you honey," he said taking a bowl for Liam and then room one for himself.
Toby ate his dessert and smiled a little bit as he eat with his family
Toby put his bowl down," Wait can I help put him to bed?" He asked. He didn't know if they had some night time tradition they did but he wanted to be part of it
Toby grinned as he looked down at the little bit," Alright then up you go." He said getting up and setting Liam on his own feel," I'll carry you to bed after you brush your teeth." He promised
Toby smiled as he held the little boys hand and lead him into the bathroom handing him his tooth brush with a little toothpaste on it," Of course I can." He called back to Alice," alright listen to your mom."He told the boy
Toby smiled," You're welcome buddy." He said watching as he brushed his teeth. After a little bit Toby knelt down next to him and helped him a little bit," Alright wash your face now."
Toby smiled gently and helped Liam wash his face," There all clean."
"You're welcome Liam," Toby answered softly ruffling his hair a little. He looked up at Alice and nodded," Yes he is."
Tobias stood back a little as he watched Alice get Liam ready for bed. He smiled a little bit and walked with them to the younger boy's room," Sure I can but I can't read the whole book tonight." He said going to sit next to Liam on his bed
Toby nodded a little bit," Alright then one chapter it is." He said putting his arm around the little boy and opening the book. He glanced over at Alice with a smile before he started reading. "Chapter eight......"
Toby smiled a bit feeling Liam snuggle against him. Though he was tired too he continued to read until the end of that chapter," Alright Liam time to sleep now." He said softly
Toby got up and up the book down next to his bed and pulled the covers up over Liam," goodnight buddy.. I'll see you in the morning." He said softly kissing his head softly before straightening up.
Toby watched Liam to to sleep and just stood there for a second as if he was trying to memorize what Liam looked like sleeping. He looked over at Alice and followed her out of the room
Toby looked down at her and shrugged a little bit," A little overwhelmed but I'm alright." He answered honestly and with a small smile for her
Toby shook her head," no it's fine.. I can help you clean up." He told her softly
Toby nodded a bit," Yes Im sure." He answered," I can manage to stay awake a little longer to help you clean up."
Toby fixed the living room putting the table back where it was and folding the blanket and laying it on the couch. He took the movie out and left it by the tv as he turned the tv off. Tobias then walked over to the kitchen and just watched Alice for a little bit leaning against the counter
Toby nodded a little bit as she walked over to him," The living room is all clean."
Toby smiled at her and gently reached out to pull her close to him
Toby just hep her close to him for a few minutes before quietly saying," Alice.." He rested his head close to hers," Thank you for waiting for me." He whispered," I really don't know how I would have made it these last few days if you and Liam weren't with me.l
Toby nodded slightly," But I wouldn't have wanted you to wait for me forever." He told her softly," I really just wanted you to be happy." He had gone through a lot the past few years. The last few days he was fine because he was so happy about being home and alive. He sighed softly just hugging Alice close to him
Toby looked down at her when she told him she had tried dating. It didn't really surprise him," I don't know Alice, but all I want is for you to be happy whether that's with me or not." He said nuzzling her a little," But I'm glad you still love me because I love you."
Toby grinned a little more ad leaned down to kiss her softly," you know you and Liam make me happy " he said softly ((Sorry my Internet sucks.))
Tobias nodded slightly," okay okay I'll go wash up.. Where do you want me to sleep?" He asked before he let her go. For all he cared he could sleep on the floor in Liam's room. He just wanted to know that they were safe and he was still with them when he woke
Toby looked down at her as he got ready to go to the bathroom," for some reason I don't think that's what you want." He teased her softly. " I think that you want something else."
Toby laughed softly and hugged her tightly," well I'm glad I remember that part about you." He said," Ohhh Alice I know what you meant and I'm still me sort of.. Just a little bit harder to find him."
Toby looked down at her not really surprised," you haven't?" He asked softly," well neither have I.. Actually I haven't just slept next to anyone I the same bed since I left."
Tiny laughed softly and shook his head." No you can't count Liam." He answered softly as he followed her back to her room
Toby chuckled softly. "Well I'm glad of that." He answered leaning over and kissing her cheek softly," did I ever take my bag out of your car?" He asked after a second," Or do you still have some of my stuff here?"
Toby grinned slightly," well then I guess you and I will just have to unpack those boxes in the morning." He answered
He grinned at her a bit and nodded," where are they in your closet right?" He asked
Toby nodded a little, "Alright cool." he answered taking the boxes from her
toby smiled at her a little bit and opened a different box, "Well I want a shirt not pants." he said
Toby looked over at her and grinned, "I think you did."
