Toby grinned a little," It is but I haven't had it in a long time."

Toby gently kissed her cheek. Before he had left Toby wouldn't often hug or kiss her in public like they were now. Now that he was home he wasn't about to not show her how much he loved her or how much he really did miss her
Toby looked over at her from where he was sitting. He tilted his head in a question at her instead of saying anything because he was listening to what Liam was telling him
Toby smiled back at her as he was still letting Liam talk to him. He was happy being with his family
Toby chuckled softly just holding Alice's hand listening as Liam told him everything
Toby chuckled softly," come here you so we can clean you up." He told Liam letting to of Alice's hand to help his son.
Toby nodded a bit and smiled," Come on Liam." He said
Toby laughed quietly seeing what Liam had done. He held the little boy's hand as he led him to the bathroom to get cleaned up
Toby looked at Liam and then scooped him up into his arms," Can you reach now?" He asked
Toby smiled and then said," Liam wash your face too."
Toby nodded," Yes I can." He answered helping Liam wash his face off
Toby grinned," You're welcome, come on let's go show mom you're all clean."
Toby scooped up Liam and walked out of the bathroom to go find Alice again
Toby frowned just slightly as he walked over there with Liam in his arms
Toby nodded a bit," yeah I made sure he was." He looked over at the man as he out Liam down," it's nice to meet you."
Toby watched all of them interacting together, he wasn't all that sure of where he was to be in their lives anymore. He looked down at Liam and smiled just slightly before looking over at Alice again
Toby nodded a little bit," Okay that's fine." He answered softly reaching for her hand to help her up. He was still thinking about where he fit into their lives.
Toby happily walked home with them as he was still sort of lost in thought. Once at home he watched as they both went in different directions. He wasn't sure where to go."
Toby walked into the living room and sat down in one of the chairs. He was kind of thoughtful and didn't know what to do
At the sound of his name he looked over at her and nodded, "What..Oh yeah I'm fine just thinking."
Toby looked over at her and slowly got up to sit with her," Im okay with it.. I'm just having a little bit of a hard time actually thinking all of this isn't a dream or something that's going to be taken away from me."
Tobias smiled gently at her and sighed a little wrapping his arm around her," I know that.. I just was away for so long and I don't know how to fit back into your life.. I want to be there for you as Liam but you guys have each other and I don't know where I got into everything."
Tobias looked down at her and nodded a little bit," Okay if that's what you think.. I just don't know Alice.. What if Liam has this image I can't be?" He asked softly," I know I shouldn't worry but I am."
Toby looked over at her as she moved away from him. He held her hand tightly but not enough to hurt her as he listened to what she was saying a faint smile appeared on his face as the worry slowly left his look replacing it with contentment. He nodded slightly," Alice, what would I do without you?"'he asked gently tugging her close to him and wrapping his arms around her
Tobias smiled and was just content to hold Alice for right then. He was just happy to be home and in one piece so he could take care of his family like he had always planned.
Tobias looked down at her hearing her sigh," what is it?" He asked softly running his fingers up and down her arm just like he used to. He was slowly adjusting to the fact that he could just hold Alice whenever he felt like it
Toby nodded slightly and continued to rub her arm a little," I know what you mean.. I still think I might wake up and you aren't going to be with me."
Toby smiled back at her just glad to be home and have her in his arms again
Toby smiled a bit feeling her relax against his side. He kept his arms around her as he settled back against the couch
"Happy." He answered softly not moving much from where he was.
Toby hugged her ad nodded," How are you?" He asked softly
Tobias looked down at her with a gentle smile. He kept his arms around her as he waited for her to speak. Toby nodded slightly," why are you nervous?" He asked her softly
Tobias looked down at her," of course we will be a family. That's what you want isn't it?" He asked softly," that was my intention even before everything happened when I was a prisoner of war." He answered
Tobias grinned at her," Well I'm glad you want that too." He answered hugging he tightly to him," Where exactly did Liam run off to?" He asked looking around for their son
Tobias smiled and kissed her head softly as he heard Liam running around to get them," Hey little man where did you run off to?" He asked
Toby chuckled softly and moved a bit so Liam had some room to sit," Oh you can play and watch tv at the same time?" He asked
Toby looked at the cars in his hands," Wow those are really nice Liam... What kind of cars are they?" He asked
Toby smiled a bit while Liam got himself comfortable before he launched himself into his explanation about his cars. Toby asked some questions when he could just to see what Liam would say about them. He was really happy right then having both his girlfriend and his son so close to him.
Toby chuckled softly as he listened to all of Liam's explanations. He grinned slightly at his yawn," Oh boy someone is getting sleepy." He said moving so that Liam was sitting in his lap," You can finish telling me about your cars when you wake up."
Toby smiled at the little boy and hugged him a little before looking up at Alice," I want too, but we both can if you want." He answered standing up with Liam cradled in his arms. He did want to do all of the things he had missed out on with Liam and Alice but he wasn't sure how everything worked and what to do.
Toby smiled back at her before following her to Liam's room. He looked down at the sleeping boy in his arms and then laid him down in the bed when Alice had moved away. "And he just goes to sleep?" He asked straightening and turning towards her
Toby watched as Alice tucked LiamInto bed. He nodded slightly," Yes I know he is.. I wish there were some way we could rewind time to I could see him growing up." He said softly looking over at Alice and slipping his arm around her
Tobias nodded leaning his head against hers," I know and I am too. Just keep telling me that." He said softly as he held her," I just wanted to see him grow up,"
Tobias looked down at her as he put both his arms around her and just hugged her tightly. He nodded slightly," I would like to see that." He said softly.
Tobias grinned a bit as he grew more comfortable with being able to have her in his arms again," We'll go look at it in a second." He said not yet willing to let her go
Toby grinned happy he could hear her laugh again," Alice.. I missed you so much.. I missed everything about you." He said softly burying his face in her neck
Toby closed his eyes for a second before sighing just a little and pulling away from her
Toby grinned down at her," Im glad you are letting me be part of Liam's life." He said softly glancing over at the sleeping boy
Toby nodded slightly," I suppose but I need you guys more."
Toby grinned at her and squeezed her fingers a little bit," Well I'm right here." He replied softly
