I tried add my new book and it was already added but under JK Barber instead of J.K. Barber. My book is not attached to my author page. Please change. Thanks!

Would you please change the publisher to CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform. CS gets mad at us authors when they are listed simply as the publisher. Also, please add the cover art. I can't seem to do that either now that the listing is already created. Grr that whomever created the book profile left it so bare. Someone just trying to help no doubt.

Please remove Katie Barber as a secondary author. I created the Kindle edition and combined it with this paperback version. Anyway to make the Kindle image the primary, since it doesn't have that copyright text on it?
