Karen | 10 comments I have the Kindle app on the IPad Pro. I have hundreds of books and would love to create folders with different books. Is there a way of printing out the list of books so I can start looking them up and begin creating a list of folders/categories.

Melanti | 29 comments You can get a fairly compact list on Amazon.com/myk - as a bonus, this is one of the pages you can add books to collections with too.

Not sure if you'd want to print from that page, but you could always copy/paste it to another application.

Jen (jenlb) | 50 comments It might be easier to do it with a program like Calibre (Calibre Companion on apple). If you use the desktop version you can just hook up your kindle and transfer your books into Calibre (with all of the book metadata). Then you can organize your books into folders, tag them however you want, and use that as a basis to make your collections in the Cloud. Printing it out and doing it by hand might take a lot more work.

why don't you simply print from the My Books tab above?

Wouldn't this only work if she's downloaded all the books onto the Kindle?

Another option would be to link your Goodreads account with your Amazon account and sync up your purchases. (Or create a temporary account, sync to that so it'll capture all of the books, then delete it later.) It'd be kind of tedious clicking "Want to read" or whatever for each one, but the bonus to that would be that they'd be clickable links here on Goodreads so you could easily look them up.

Yes, they would need to be on the kindle. I assumed that with only a few hundred they would be. good catch :-)

Thank you for this link. I’m not able to copy and paste or print. However, I can more easily add folders and books to collections on this page.

Thank you. This sounds tremendously helpful. I’ll have to research as I don’t have an Apple computer so not sure I’d I can do this all on the same tablet. I appreciate the new info.

I’m not clear on this idea. Where is the my books tab you are referring to in your post? Thank you for your assistance.

One of the benefits of the my content link was to discover just how many books I have on Kindle. The number is embarrassing - 1249.

Bah. Not many at all then! I've permanently deleted more books from my library than you currently have in yours.

Huh. Interesting. I can copy/paste from it.

Not individual lines, but you can copy the page as a whole (scroll all the way to the bottom first so it loads the whole page), then paste that in Notepad, and then you can copy/paste individual titles/authors from there.
