Trying to Add a new book

I am trying to add my latest book (to be published Jan 28th 2018 but now available on Amazon for pre-order). I'm having difficulty uploading the cover image - what are the size restrictions? And also having difficulty in claiming it as mine.

I've moved the book to your profile; for future reference if manually adding a book you are Sally^^^Jenkins, each ^ indicates a space btwn your first and last name.

I did locate the cover image on the publisher site and added it for you.
