Make sure you all put your thinking caps on - the 1st December we'll be asking for nominations for January :) Genre to be noted then.
Sounds like a great initiative by the mods, never a dull moment here!1. Are you looking towards more recent releases or is it an anything goes nomination process.
2. Will you have a vote first to decide genre then another to decide on the books?
No, genres are chosen by us Ace, so each month will be a different genre. The one the members will nominate can be any time (unless specified) - the mods choice will be the new'ish release.

Hi Brenda, I just spotted this thread. https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
If we join the group discussions, are we required to read both books ?
No not at all. There will be separate discussion threads for each book. You can choose one, two or none! Whatever you want 😊 📚

Hi ModsI can see that the Feb Moderators choice is Nevermoor, and as it happens it was my next planned read, so would like to sign up - but cannot find how to sign up...
You don't sign up Kerri - you just read it in the month designated :) If you look at January's, you'll see there are threads made for No Spoilers and Spoilers. February's threads will be created on the 1st February, and those who want to participate will start reading, and comment when they are reading and when they're finished.
Does that make sense?

I like the new rules with 3 books to vote on, it will certainly make things easier. I didn't see the post originally but noticed the change in the polls.
The moderator's choice for August is very hard to find. Only one library is listed as having it and it is not on Booktopia or Dymock's website.
You can buy it from the author's own website - https://michellemontebello.com.au/sto...
which I would do to support Michelle. Amazon AU has paperback and kindle - Michelle's is cheaper. Good luck :)
