I remember starting this book when I was young, but I guess I must have lost interest because I never finished it. However, I will definitely be reading the entire book this time through. Chapters 1-3

I am glad that I am not the only one who is confused about what is going on. I almost feel like I've missed major details, but this is just how the story is written. I am only at chapter 5, so I'm hoping things clear up and start to make more sense in the next few chapters.

I'm on to the second book and all I can say is - And I thought the first book was a little odd! Wow! But now I can't stop, I have to see where it goes. :-)
Hello? What is going on? I feel like I've been spun around with a blind fold on. I'll keep listening since I do not know anything except Mr. Murry is gone....somewhere, Mrs. Murry is having a birthday and Meg thinks she is stupid. I'm listening to the book and Mrs. Which's voice is really annoying.

It's good to hear that it gets better. I just finished the first book, and I don't really know how I feel about it. The whole story seemed a bit rushed.
I'm interested to see what you all think. I really liked the first book. It was definitely odd, but somehow it worked for me.
I'm not sure how I'm liking this book. I'm at odds since I don't know if she meant for the readers to project world problems into this story or if it is just a story. Hmmmm...

And I think its even worst in the 2nd book. However, I'm now on to the third and I think the story telling has greatly improved - at least for me :-)

"Wild nights are my glory," the unearthly stranger told them. "I just got caught in a downdraft and blown off course. Let me be on my way. Speaking of way, by the way, there is such a thing as a tesseract".
Meg's father had been experimenting with this fifth dimension of time travel when he mysteriously disappeared. Now the time has come for Meg, her friend Calvin, and Charles Wallace to rescue him. But can they outwit the forces of evil they will encounter on their heart-stopping journey through space?
