The Blue Sky ...

Oops. I forgot to take Americanah off my shelf. I'm listening to it now already, and I really recommend it. But I'll be fine with one of the other two. I think I'll go with The Circle for variety's sake. I just finished The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane. It was wonderful, and it sounds like The Blue Sky will be also, but they seem very similar.

Thanks, Marina.

Err, thanks, both. Not sure which I will read yet (and whether I can choose from both your picks!).

I realised I shouldn't have put The Long and Winding Road on my shelf yet, as it is vol 3 of his memoirs, and I still have to read vol 2 Please Mr Postman.

I think I'll go with last one (Archangel's Viper)

switching my pick to A Twist in Time. It works better with other challenges :)

Thank you Paola. I am still deciding which one of the three to use for this roll/move. Although I think the property is currently open for purchase, I decided not to try for that this time. So, I'm holding off on my choice for now, to see which fits best with other challenges, a little bit later this month.

Here you go:

Cinder - 4 stars for me
Haunted in Death - Robb is always fun
The Color of Time - I'd never heard of this series, and it sounds fascinating

I'm curious, by the way. In the "Color of ..." series, are all the stories separate? So one could read this one without the previous 9? I find the time travel one fascinating, but some of the others not so much.

Like a lot of series, you could read any one and have a complete story but they are inter-related, more like each one introduces the next one in the series. Characters from the earliest books might be mentioned or referred to but they don't play a part in the later books. If there is something you need to know, the author is good about explaining it within the context of the story.
