Amy, we have very different lists :) , but here's three that I've read and enjoyed.

Naked in Death (In Death #1) by J.D. Robb Shadow and Bone (Grisha Verse, #1) by Leigh Bardugo Origin (Robert Langdon, #5) by Dan Brown

(If you decide to go with Naked in Death I highly recommend the audiobook--the reader is wonderful.)

I'm not sure I understand, Beth. Are you asking whether you can comment on the selections suggested by one player for another player? Like, whether you liked one of the books selected or not? If that is what you mean, I suppose you could. However, remember the books are selected from the requester's book list for this game, which kinda means that it is a book that person wants to read.

To answer an unanswered request for book choices just follow the guidelines in Message 1.

If Person X posts a request asking for 3 picks, can any other person suggest 3 picks?

Jayme(theghostreader) (jaymetheghostreader) | 1281 comments Anyone can suggest books from the requester's bookopoly bookshelf.

@Beth: this thread is specifically for bookopoly participants to request 3 choices when they have landed on a property square with no owners. Anyone who came across the request first may respond to it however please note that books must be picked from the player's bookopoly shelf which, hopefully, they'd have included a link to in their request post.

Yes, although it is often hard to beat some of our regulars to the request. Only one response allowed per request.

Kristina Simon wrote: "Hey, Bea. How about one of these?"

Thanks for the picks, Kristina. Although 11/22/63 has been highly recommended to me, I am in the midst of reading Words of Radiance, which is over 1000 pages. So, I will go with one of the other two. I will get back to you later about which I select.

EDITED: I have decided to go with The Nightingale for Wheel Round 2.

I'm way behind on reading, so I'm going for an audio. Katie Up and Down the Hall: The True Story of How One Dog Turned Five Neighbors into a Family isn't available on audio at my library, and there's a long wait for A Gentleman in Moscow, so I'll go with Naked in Death. Thanks for the quick reply, Kristina!
