ABANDONED. Book about a single mom waitress who saves football player from car crash fire

I recently read a book about a waitress who is raising her child (her parents are only recently back in her life) and she (not knowing that the guy in the crash is a famou football player) sees a crash and saves a guy (the friend dies) before the car goes up in flames. She tries to remain anonymous but he comes to thank her. Lots happens in beteeen but they end up falling in love. I cannot remember the title or author but it's a pretty recently written book i believe . Thank you
