you could have certain time when you read and stick to it or read during commercials while watching tv

Another thing that I do (it isn't technically reading but it is progression in a book) is if I am doing something on my computer like doing homework or something, I will listen to the audiobook instead of listening to music so I am multi-tasking.
I read on a kindle and i never leave home without it. Whenever i'm waiting at the doctor or between classes or anytime i just pull it out and read
I usually set myself a target of how many pages I read per day. Usually two hundred because homework
I know this may seem obvious, but I would say that it really comes down to finding the right sort of books that you like. I've forced myself through some books, but there are other books that I really lose myself in. Also, if you want to leave a review, write notes as you read! It really helps with collecting your thoughts and seeing if any initial questions you have about the story are answered later on.
Audiobooks are great for when you're in the car or I know someone who listens to audiobooks in the shower. They have audiobooks on their iPhone and connect it to a speaker to listen to basically anywhere. It's not technically reading, but you'll get progress through books in times where you can't physically read.
