"Ok!"
Mila picks up her stuff, and nods at her bag.
"I brought some clothes, so all I need to do is change."

Walking over to the pool, Veronica had thrown on a simple white t-shirt with a brown baggy cardigan and blue skinny jeans. Although she walked around with bare feet-mainly because she'd been too lazy to get shoes and also because she'd been half asleep that morning.
In her hand she held a tattered old sketch book with an ornate leather cover and her name imprinted in the title-it'd been expensive, but her fathers had thrown their money together to buy it for her fifteenth birthday. In Veronica's other hand was a collection of pencils and pens all bound together by a rubber band. She enjoyed drawing by the pool because, usually, it was empty-at least, it was during the cold seasons.

He noticed the sketchbook in her hand and i reminded him of a girl at his old school he loved deeply.
" You draw ?" He asked as his eyes gazed upon her .
Looking down with a moment of surprise, she hadn't registered the boy in the pool until just then. "Er, yeah, I do." Settling down close to the pool-but far enough not to get wet-Veronica set her stuff down and reached out her hand in greeting. "Veronica Snow, you?"
Leaning back, her fingers tapping against the ground in the usual nervous habit of hers, the brunette looked out on the pool. "You're probably the only person I've seen who's come out here-beside me, of course."

"Oh, joy, because I really wanted a shower today. A shower in chlorine, that is," Veronica shifted back and away from the boy who-much like a dog-was splashing around and making a bloody mess of water. But, for the sake of not seeming like she really meant what she'd said, Vee offered him a side smile. "You can call me Vee, Veronica is just so formal."
Picking up her sketch book and a simple Number 2 pencil, the teen set to work on sketching out a cross. After her messily done sketch was finished, she turned it around to show a boy floundering in water throwing pool water everywhere. It was a near perfect-picture like-image of what Hunter was doing right then. Except for the cartoon face she'd drawn, which was strange with how realistic the rest of the drawing looked.

Veronica smiled in response, "Thanks, and you're good at making a mess," she said, gesturing to the dark pools of water around her.
Face relaxing back into a mute expression, Veronica began to work furiously on a memory that continued to appear and bother her wherever she went.

"Mmhmm..." She mumbled some unintelligible words, drawing on some tiles and a tongue of fire. (brb real quick)
i'm sorry I left!! I gtg, going back home from MS-I'll reply tomorrow
Looking up, Vee raised an eyebrow, "Can... I help you?"
Veronica shrugged, "Take a look," she said, waiting for him to dry off before handing him her sketch book. There on paper was a bathroom, inside of the bathroom was a man who was leaning over and lighting a flame on a trail of gasoline. Along that trail, though not drawn, it was easy to imagine the flames reaching higher and higher as it followed the gasoline-licking across the wood walls and eating away at the door..
Veronica stared at the drawing for a moment before tearing it out, crumpling it, and tossing it into (and missing) the trash can. "I can never get those drawings right..." She muttered, a sullen, bitter smile on her face. It was hard to draw the memory exactly right, all she saw was flames and watched him light the trail...

Veronica shrugged, but thanked him anyway. "So.. Hunter, what do you do? Your power-I mean."
Here she'd been trying to avoid talking about her art, and had managed to walk herself into her own problems. Usually people never asked her what her powers were because they were too busy talking about theirs...
"ooh.. Umm, I do some-stuff. And it requires physical contact, and... It-it-it's boring, yeah, no big deal."

Throwing a pink eraser at him, Veronica wagged her finger, "No smirking at a lady," Or... Teen.
(( If you want, I kinda want her to fall in love-but I've never found a good enough character for her. They'd have to take it slow before being an "official" relationship, they can date though))
Narrowing her eyes in mock anger, Veronica tilted her head up in a prim way-since she had no long hair to flip. "But of course,"

Veronica scrunched her nose, "Whelp, I'm a girl-so... That's gotta count for something..."

He say trying to play mind games with her.
Veronica, while she wasn't dumb, scowled at the words. She was plenty smart, in things that mattered-mind numbing riddles and irritating crosswords was something her brother (one of them) loved to do. Jeremy, right.. Jere loved riddles, he'd answer this in a heart beat.
Shaking her head at the thought of her second favorite little brother, Vee grinned, "I'm female, that any better?"

Not able to hide a snort, the sound of her obvious amusement came out loud even with her hand covering her mouth. "Much? I read a lot more than 'much'."

Veronica, a mix of surprise and confusion, shrugged and bobbed her head in agreement without even realizing it. "Uh, yeah, I mean-sure."
I actually gtg now-I'll get back on later!!))
