She can hear people's thoughts, when they are near to her, within a good five centimeters, or close to her heart, as in friends, relatives, and family. She can also see their dreams if they are in the same house/flat as her, as well as mentally communicate with others.

personality;; She is a sweetheart. Seemingly pure and innocent and naive and all things cinnamon bun. And she is. Or at least she appears to be. Her cover is a solid one, one that only a few have broken through, and she would like to keep it that way. She normally acts nice, and kind, but she never acts stupid. Since she is a straight-A student, she knows that acting stupid would just be a stupid idea. She is just an extrovert, though sometimes she might get silent, and she's normally just reading other people's thoughts. Though when you approach her, she's normally reading a book or doing homework.
She really is an introvert who keeps everything to herself. She holds grudges for an impossibly long amount of time, as she cannot bear it when people think they can just cross her and get away with it, clean slate. She hates studying, but gets good grades, normally by reading the teacher's mind (well, when desperate), or she just pays attention in class. She doesn't like friends, she thinks that they are liabilities and will normally not socialize with anyone unless she knows quite a bit about them.
history;; Born to Helena and Robert Callais two years after her older brother Alex, she was always a huge disappointment to everyone around her, especially her parents. She grew up in an average household, at least, until she turned five when her powers manifested itself when she warned a teacher that a kid in his class was going to prank him and steal his stuff, and then the teacher called his parents, who immediately locked her in a room and prevented her from attending school. Her brother started to reveal to her that she had always talked them out of hitting her and stuff, and they both eventually bonded, and she used her powers to help them grow closer as well as avoid their parents and others who wanted to harm them, like relatives. She moved here after she found out how to escape from their house, bringing her brother with her, who never told her his powers. She later recieved news from her aunt that her parents had died in an unfortunate accident, and she couldn''t help but feel sorry, despite hating them their whole lives.
