What novel/novels should I purchase next???????????? The books I currently own, Han Solo Trilogy, Old Republic Series, Knight Errant, Darth Bane Trilogy, Darth Plagueis, Kenobi, Shadows of the Empire, Thrawn Trilogy, Thrawn Duology, Jedi Academy Trilogy, Survivors Quest, Outbound Flight, Allegiance, Choices of One, Scoundrels, X Wing Series 1-9, I Jedi, Dark Disciple, Lords of the Sith, Battlefront Twilight Company, Lost Tribe of the Sith Collection, Lost Stars, The Rise of the Empire (Tarkin/New Dawn), Battlefront II Inferno Squad, Thrawn, Bloodline.

I suggest you randomly choose one, you don't already have. I've been reading The Han Solo Adventures, which is compilation of 3 stories. Next, I' want to read After Math and Battle Front.

New Jedi Order series followed by Dark Nest trilogy, Legacy of the Force series, Fate of the Jedi series

That will keep you going for a while and you'll get a full appreciation for the Expanded Universe's long story arcs.

I enjoyed "Shadow Hunter" mainly because I loved Darth Maul. "Vector Prime" is also very thrilling. I have also started reading the movie novelizations which have interesting back stories. Enjoy!

Yes Amber as a Chewbacca fan I agree. Definitely conflicts with the new Disney canon also but an intense story just the same.

I haven't read ANY of my STAR WARS books for at least six months...mostly because I've been reading other stuff including a reread of the Codex Alera series by Jim Butcher.

I think I might start with Death Star when I'm ready to resume... .

Been awhile since I've been here, but one of the most recent books I've read is Padawan (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5... ).

It's actually pretty good. Without spoiling it too much, all I can say is that it's Obi-Wan's first solo Padawan mission and it's due entirely an accident on Master Jinn's part that Obi-Wan is flying solo at all... .
