Della laughed. "Of cource you dont." She said, winking. "I just mean it's ironic how something that used to be fun, or helped make a good time, became...this. Lonley, sad." She said, shrugging
"Everything here is lonely and sad. Get used to it, because it isn't going to change any time soon." Jefferson kicked a pebble. "If you think about what used to be you'll never be happy. Before the apocalypse was more hellish, if you want my opinion. Now everyone just minds their own business and does as they wish. It is far more peaceful."
Della narrowed her eyes and said, "That's the problem, you see. The apocalypse might have had ruined or hurt many people, but that's it. We could have had- And still can- fix everything. We're only lonley, sad and all that because we let ourself s be that way." She grabbed his hand and made him face her. "Why do you let youself be lonley and sad?" She asked him.
"Ahgggg" Jefferson stopped walking and turned around. "Did you just hear even one word that just came out of my mouth?! I said that I like the mother***ing apocalypse! If it stays like this I'll be more than okay because for the first time in my life I have found a place where it is peaceful."
Della laughed. "You like the fact that millions of people died?" She asked stepping closer. "Because my family died there. My baby brother, mom, dad." She said.
"I never had family. Sorry I can't see things from your perspective."
Della nodded slowly. "Oh." She said. Then she grinned, "So, how have you been?"
"Again, I told you that I was peaceful." Jefferson hopped into another enclosure.
Della nodded. "That's good." She said, following him.
She asked,"So, what do you do for fun?" trying to make conversation
((Sorry I had a ton of homework :-b ))"Live." Jefferson laughed, then his smile turned into a grimace. "Actually, I don't remember the last time I didn't anything fun."
Della smiled. "Come, I know a place." She said, laughing
"Okay..." Jefferson followed her, he turned the collar up on his jacket to shield his neck from the wind.
Della shivered and told him,"Have you been into the bar?" She asked, turning to face him.
"The one at my house." Jefferson laughed. "Every night."
Della grinned. "Wierd. Let's go then." She said, over her shoulder.((The bar?))
