The Road
question
WHICH BOOK SHOULD I READ NEXT
Yes. lol
As far Grapes of Wrath and The Road go, I would highly recommend these two works. I have yet to read any Huxley however (though I am saving a space for one in the new year!)
FYI Grapes is part of an unofficial trilogy in case you weren't aware. Not in your typical sense where characters are carried over. In this case the theme carried through: the depression theme.
I believe it goes as such:
In Dubious Battle
Of Mice and Men
The Grapes of Wrath
Anyhting by Cormac McCarthy is a win. No Country might be an easier read than The Road. His best work is Blood Meridian. A brutal story.
