Hi, it's done.

I can't use data from booksellers other than Amazon, so for the picture, I just took the one that was already on GR.

For the same reasons, I'm not really sure of the policy concerning BNID, so I didn't put anything for the ebook version.

If an other librarian is passing here, I'd like to get his insight on this subject.

We can use the BNID if and only if it is provided by the author (or publisher).

No, it gets added in the ISBN13 field. Already done.
