I'm mostly done with How to Fall by Jane Casey (the last few pages!) so I've started Simon vs. the Homo Sapien's Agenda by Becky Albertalli and it's amazing so far! I had a lot of down time in school so I'm on page 278 of 303! :)

Oooo, I really want to read Simon! And then watch the movie! (since I won't let myself watch a movie before the book)

I'm the exact same way! I won't watch the movie until I've read the book (even if it's not that good or follows the story line i just like to be able to say i have watched the movie)...

You should totally read The Hunger Games! They're amazing but they can be a little bit violent. I would recommend for ages 13+.

I am currently reading The Case for Jamie by Brittany Cavallaro, and it's the third installment in the Charlotte Holmes trilogy. They're a bit of a twist on Sherlock Holmes and Watson, as they focus on their great-great grandchildren, Charlotte and Jamie. The books are great and would recommend for ages 13+.

Well, I'm 13 and my mom says their fine, so ok! I'm reading Divergent, and that's a little violent, (Peter and the butter knife anyone?!)

I want to read Divergent but I can't seem to get into it. I'll probably read it over the summer when I can actually sit down and try to read it without school and homework, etc.

It does take a bit to get into, but it's a good book
My ELA class is doing book clubs for the next two weeks, and so my group is reading The Testing by Joelle Charbonneau. I think it takes place in the future, and the main character Cia is going to take a test to see if she's smart enough to get into college. Her father went to college and he has dreams about what might have happened during the testing because his memory was wiped and it seems super dangerous. It's a really interesting concept and I really am enjoying it so far.
**I probably didn't explain it too well :) **
I think it's a bit like The Hunger Games but in its own way and I would definitely recommend it. :)

Oh cool! I just finished reading The Fault In Our Stars by John Green and it was great! I'm definitely going to try to read the rest of his books.
I'm going to start Looking For Alaska by John Green tomorrow and I'm very excited to start it! :)

I am reading Independent Study by Joelle Charbonneau, which is the second book in The Testing series. It's a really interesting concept and it's also really good so far!

That's good!
I'm reading All of This is True and it's very interesting as it is told through journal entries, talk shows and excerpts from other books. It's really interesting so far!

That's great! I've finished Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher (which was okay) and now I'm reading Far From You by Tess Sharpe. It's really good so far!

Congratulations! John Green's an awesome writer!
I've just finished Simon vs. The Homosapiens Agenda for about the billionth time and now I've started The Upside of Unrequited by Becky Albertalli who also writes Simon and it's really good so far!

She is an amazing writer. Everything I've read by her is really good, and Simon vs. The Homosapiens Agenda is my favorite book!
I definitely recommend reading some of her books if you haven't already!

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't been active in FOREVER, (lol), I'm going to try to be more active!
Anyway, I've been doing a lot of reading recently, since I fractured my wrist on Friday, I can't do much.
I'm reading I'll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson. It's excellent so far and I recommend it highly! :)

Right now I am reading,
Everything, Everything also by Nicola Yoon. For those of you who haven’t read it, it’s basically about a girl named Madeline and she has extreme allergies and it comes from a sickness she developed as a young girl. This sickness means that she cannot go outside or even be exposed to “real” oxygen. (Any oxygen directly from outside, it has to be purified.) One day a boy moves in next door and over time, they fall in love and become really close, but they have to be careful.
I am also currently reading (or listening) to the Five Feet Apart by Rachael Lippincott. These two books are very similar and now I’m too lazy to describe this one. Sorry!! :))

It's great to have everyone back! I finished I'll Give You the Sun and now I'm reading Ramona Blue (i can't remember who it's by, sorry!). It's pretty good so far!

(NOTE : The previous books I mentioned on Feb 4th ended up being dnf'd. I wasn't in a mood for any of the books, so I just put them back on my shelf.)
I'm currently re-reading Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon. I'm planning to make a review on this- and I was in a slump so now I'm trying to get OUT of my slump by re-reading favorite books from 2018!
This book is about a girl named Maddie who has a disease and cannot go outside at all because of it. She has never had real friends- only her mother and her nurse Carla (who aren't really friends). One day, she gets new neighbors. And one of them happens to be a boy her age named Olly- and is totally cute.

A Long Way Home by Saroo Brierley
This is a historical non-fiction about Saroo Brierley's life.
As a little boy in India, Saroo Brierley got lost on a train. Twenty-Five years later, from Australia, he found his way back. This is what happened in between.
He lived in a poor village in India, sleeping in a hand to mouth one room with his mother and his other siblings. Until one day, at the age of five, he boards the wrong train by himself and ends up in Calcutta, all the way across the country. Uneducated, illiterate, and unable to recall the name of his hometown, he managed to survive on that city's rough streets.

I'll Give You the Sun was good! I would recommend it!
I've also started reading Leah on the Offbeat by Becky Albertalli, and it's really good so far! I'm also still reading Ramona Blue.

That sounds interesting!
I just finished Ramona Blue so now I'm going to focus on Leah on the Offbeat.
I've also been kinda-sorta reading Skulduggery Pleasant but I'll probably focus on that when I'm done with Leah on the Offbeat.

I finished Leah on the Offbeat the other day, and when I went to the bookstore yesterday, I got two books, The Upside of Unrequited by Becky Albertalli, and Everyday by David Levithan, so now I have all of Albertalli's books, lol!
I started reading Everyday this morning. It's about someone named A, and he wakes up in a new body every day, so, for example, on Monday he would wake up as a girl in New York and then on Tuesday he would wake up as a boy in Pennsylvania, etc. So, one day, he wakes up as this one girl's boyfriend and falls madly in love with her and so he is trying to get to know her even as he is waking up as new people everyday. It's really interesting, and I like it so far!

I really REALLY wanna read Everyday by David Levithan. I was always interested in the concept, but never picked up the book. I'll definitely pick up the book now that you've mentioned it!

I've been trying to read "The Book Thief" by Markus Zusak and now that I'm on break, I'll have time to read it!

I've started "An Absolutely Remarkable Thing" by Hank Green (I think?) a few days ago, and its really good so far!
It's about a woman named April May and she discovers a Transformer-like sculpture in the streets of NYC, and instantly becomes famous after she and her friend film a YouTube video about it, and then these Transformers are found in major cities all over the world. It's really good and I recommend it so far!

That book was awesome! I’m reading “The Assassin’s Blade” by Sarah J. Maas and a book about writing a book, (don’t remember the title of that one). Both are very good so far.

I'm glad you liked it! I'm really enjoying it as well.
I'm also reading "The Hate U Give" by Angie Thomas in school for my literature group, and so far, it's an amazing book! I'm really enjoying it!

I just finished An Absolutely Remarkable Thing by Hank Green (like, literally JUST finished about 4 minutes ago), and I've got no words.
The book was amazing and I was so surprised by the end! If you haven't read it, you really should!!
