This book started off with Miles going off to boarding school, Culver Creek, to find his Great Perhaps. There he met his friends, The Colonel, Takumi, and Alaska. This story follows Miles(Pudge) and his friends an adventure of friendship, romance, self-identity, and loss of a special loved one. This book lets the readers feel the emotions of the characters. It makes us love the characters, surprising us more and more as the plot line unfolds. I would most definitely recommend this book for a person who is going through their own pursuit of their great perhaps and journey with Pudge as he makes his way out of his labyrinth.
