Looking for some help! I've published my first erotica romance book and would appreciate some feedback.

Here's the synopsis:
When Kate finally receives the promotion she’s been working towards for six long years, she feels as if all her dreams have come true. Little does she know that along with this new promotion comes knowledge of things that are, let’s just say immoral. To Kate’s dismay she realizes the company she’s sacrificed her personal life for all these years, is involved in things she can’t even fathom.

Richard, one of the company’s owners, tries to warn Kate before she becomes too involved, but he’s too late. By the time he convinces Kate she’s become involved deeper and exposed to things she never even knew existed. Things she’ll experience unwillingly firsthand.

This is a love story with several dark twisted turns.
Kate always saw herself as making it to the top of a corporation and living her dream, now her dream has become a nightmare. Read about her adventure in Corporate Nightmare.

This is part one of a two book series. There will only be two books in this series. The next book will be released in August/September 2014.
