duplicate removed. as for the cover, you either need to upload it yourself or post a link to the cover image here and have a librarian upload it for you. it doesn't appear to be up on amazon yet, so i couldn't get it from there.
wait, nm, i found it at amazon.com.uk. cover is up now!
Linked this twice (accidentally - thought I could go back - lesson learned) and the cover still isn't showing. Don't know what I've done wrong this time. Sorry.
