Review: This book is a lot better than the first one! I like how she's no longer the Damsel in Distress and has gotten some powers of her own. I definately feel better about continuing with this series.

Rating: 5 “guilty pleasure” ♥'s

Review:
I don't know if I'll eer fully explain why I love this book so much. It's got light romance, sci-fi, love, loss, hatred, bigotry... it shows how humans can be as monstrous and alien as the invading aliens are perceived. Maybe I just love rooting for the underdog? Maybe it's the stories Wanderer tells? I can't fully explain, but I lap this book up and re-read regularly. *Love* ... and not that this book really inspires 'teams', but I'm totally Team Ian.

Since this is the final week, there is no way I can find all the items, especially since, yet again, I'm looking for an item I already claimed. Sorry guys.

Okay, so a gas main on my street broke and last night they turned off all power and started digging up the street in front of my and my neighbor's house to fix it and had big lights on which kept me awake all night....not that the sound of construction crews did not keep me awake....but without internet could not post this and this site is blocked at work and I don't have internet on my phone....so for what it is worth here it is:

Review
This just keeps getting better and better!

Everyone is a bit in awe and fear of the vampire Raphael, as if he is kinda like a all powerful demi-god who is mysterious enough to fear and just interesting enough to take a peek at. And he and his other vamps are powerful and possess super human strength. Many of them have been a vampire so long they forget what it meant to be vampire. Anyway he is a vampire Lord who hires an ex-cop PI by the name of Cynthia or Cyn as he calls her to hunt down a woman who is very important to him. Both he and Cyn start to fall for each other right away and of course Cyn is rather skeptical of him in the beginning. Putting aside that he is a vampire, she is trying to keep her distance from emotional entanglements of any kind. And their pull is electric. Like so many PNR heroes...he is not the best communicator. They solve the case and each goes his own way. The part where they live happily ever after doesn't happen...yet. Gotta keep reading Book two for that. lots of great writing, wonderful secondary characters and a wonderful story....I just love this book!

Review: Very cute! Main characters start out as friends but they were tricked into getting married to each other. Two days after the wedding, the heroine found out and kicked everyone out of her life for years. The hero went off to be a pirate and then comes back to claim and pillage her. LOVED IT!

Review:
I'd even edge up to 4½♥'s.

Wubba. The first thing that comes to mind is a quote from Heathers, "Dear Diary, my teen-angst bullshit now has a body count." Yeah, that about sums it up right there.

Noah... oh, you bad boy, you. I don't even care that you're a manwhore. I've got a pimp fedora, we can make it work. Really. I would have gladly been a notch on that bedpost. Oh, yeah. In a New York minute.

Did not see that coming. Attempted to puzzle this sucker out, figure out what was really going down- couldn't do it. Nothing I could come up with seemed right, and *booyah* came right out of BFE. I have to read the next book, just HAVE to... but I need to let this book simmer for a spell. It's just *whoa* and my brain is all *hey now* and I need to catch up.

What was the name of that bus that hit me? Oh, yeah, Mara Dyer. Surprised the hell out of me.

Love the cover....I am such a sucker for a good cover....Hot a huge fan of this...first of all the heroine walks into this tattoo shop and sees a long lost neighborhood friend....and he is not a little boy anymore....he has not been seen since her brother died. The cover does not match the story. Ugh! But this is one book full of angst....ugh again! alot of fighting between characters....And then there is the which brother is hotter story: Kade and Kellan? I know this book is popular but this just did not do it for me. And it was just a little slow for me.
