Persian/Farsi speaker needed to correct author names

In this thread some problems with names of Persian / Farsi author names were identified. Maybe someone can help out? Most of the names would need a correction that would fit the goodreads standarts.

'Al D 1910 Vaf has a date of birth / death in his name and is probably Persian

Same applies to Usayn VI D 1504 or 5 Kshif as the name is probably Persian

شماره اول دوره اول بهار و تابستان 1381 this one is unsolved as well, but maybe even more tricky as it could be a magazine
