Reading response - classic

I read this book because i watched the movie and it quickly became my favourite and oks tend to show more and be better. I liked it because it is set in an older time that seems more glamorous and interesting as well as there being a lot of drama and romance. Something i learnt from the book is that no matter how hard you try, money cannot buy happiness especially if you are trying to make up for someone or something you cant have. A setting i liked in this book was Gatsby house especially during his party’s because they seem overly extravagant and make me want to go there and never leave.
