Glad you loved it Petrik! You're going through the series really fast!
I do not cry often when reading books but there are 3 books in the Malazan series that made me sob (Deadhouse Gates, MoI and Toll the Hounds), not even counting all the teary eye moments in the rest of the series.

HoC is not as good, I agree, but I loooved Midnight Tides!

I sobbed at the same three you did. I had tears on my eyes with Bonehunters, Reaper's Gale and Dust of Dreams.

I never cry reading novels, I don't know why. There were some books that almost make me cry though, just haven't yet! I hope Malazan can do that to me! :D

Yeah, I will read HoC with low expectation but I'm looking forward to Midnight Tides! :)

The binge reading will be back in a couple of months. 😁

I am finishing 3-4 series (buddy reads) in the next few months. After these I will probably binge read some urban fantasy. 😉

I'm going to reread Mistborn: Secret History tomorrow. Then I'm going on a vacation for 5 days soo most likely will not be reading during that time. xD

Ooohh indeeddd! I've read that one aloooong time ago. I feel Like I wasn't able to fully appreciate the book back then because I didn't even know about the Cosmere when I read through it

Diana Stormblessed (dashichka) | 5397 comments Last night finishedFool's Fate. This is my favorite book of the series so far and Tawney Man is my favorite subseries from the overall so far. I now feel like I have a giant hole in me since the series is over. So good that I'm emotionally wounded.

I remember Petrik saying how bad Rainwild was so not looking forward to starting that one next.
