I finished We Are Water last week. I don't know what it is about Wally Lamb's books that appeal to me so much, I wish he wrote faster. A couple of years ago, He spoke in Cedar Rapids. I worked for a library that was a part of the metro consortium at that time, I got to go out to dinner with him and several others.

He was very down-to-earth and fun to talk to.
