Searching for a book recommended by a friend that has passed.

My friend and I are searching for a book that was recommended to her by a mutual friend of ours who has recently passed. She can't remember the title or the author. This is what we know about it:

- The title is something like, "Men Who Ruined the World," "Worst Men in the World," "Worst Humans in the World, "etc. It may also be "Worst People in the United States,' etc.
- She is pretty sure there is a chapter/part about Kellogg and thinks there may also be a chapter/part about Taft.
- The book would be at least a few years old.
- The cover is a tan/light brown color.

I know that is not a lot of information but we are really hoping to figure out what book it is, so if anyone has any ideas, please let us know!
