How to separate editions when I incorrectly combined them?

Hello --

I incorrectly combined my new book, The URSUS PERSPECTIVE, with my existing title, LAST STRAW. According to what I read in the Librarian's Manual, I did everything correctly. What I was trying to do was combine the three editions of The URSUS PERSPECTIVE into one, but somehow they were combined with LAST STRAW. I tried to separate them again to no avail. Can anyone help me with this problem?
