UPDATE on Read-a-thon
I think it's a good idea Brenda. We probably would have lost some enthusiasm if it came up too often.

The footy season will be nearing the finals for the next one Michael, but after that you'll be fine;)

Fortunately I read and watch my super rugby games. If there is a good try they replay it so win win :)

You can still read Melissa;) Do your own read-a-thon! Challenge yourself to beat your June total:)

It definitely helps that right now I'm not allowed to do anything. Pretty much bed rest for 4 weeks after surgery!

It has just meant that I have got lots of reading done as well as catch up tv :)

Wrong thread Sharon:) https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/..."
LOLLOL

Going to be a busy weekend that one with swimming lessons, 2 birthday parties, Father's Day and lunch out for my daughters birthday and Father's Day. lol
Soon Sharon :) I'll be posting it to coincide with the start of Autumn/March challenges. It'll be the 3rd, 4th, 5th March...

Yep, about 30 seconds after I sent this! =o)
No Renee, it'll be the following weekend (because of fathers day) We'll release it within the next few days :)

Thanks Brenda, I have moved it in my calendar ;)
With the general consensus being for a quarterly read-a-thon, we will do it on the first weekend of each seasonal challenge.
Therefore our first one will be first weekend in September (Spring Challenge), then first weekend of December (Summer Challenge) and so on.
A new thread will be posted in the middle of the previous month to enable participants to put their names down (as is usual) with the exact dates of the Read-a-thon challenge...
