When a free copy is sent out to a reviewer the author should post a message here containing the GR links for both reviewer and book. The moderator will edit the appropriate message in the Reviewers topic.

NB Post it as a new topic in the folder, not added on to an existing topic; that way your book title will appear at the top of the entries. The more new topics there are with your book title in the subject line, the more apparent it will be to reviewers that it's probably worth checking out ;)

When a review is posted, the reviewer must post another message giving the GR review link. The moderator will match up the correct entry in the Reviewers topic and add the review date and rating.
