I've just recently started converting some of my old short stories into ebooks for free distribution. Once I've done them all I'm then going to put them all together as a single anthology. I won't be publishing this through Amazon, or Smashwords or any of the other channels, but will be giving it (along with the individual shorts) away free through my own website.
My question is this: Does this still count as a self-published book by this group's rules and can it therefore be promoted on this forum?
