As a first time author, I am always seeking to improve at this craft. So, from those who have read book one of The Prodigy Slave, I was wondering if you would be willing to share your constructive criticism of the novel.

What improvements could have been made to the storyline/characters?
What about the technical aspects of the writing was strong?
What about the technical aspects of the writing needed improvement?
