Coben pointed at the pilot with his free hand. "When we were on the plane he was in command because that was his element. Now we're on the ground in unknown territory that's quite possibly hostile. That makes this my element. I've fought my way through every environment known to man, across every continent with something worth fighting over. I think that makes me qualified". This was getting them nowhere. Coben resisted the urge to glance over his shoulder at the others. He hadn't asked their permission to lead, but when he made suggestions they followed him. That was good enough. It wasn't like he was using them for his own personal gain. His first goal in every conflict had always been to make sure all of his people made it out alive. He hadn't always succeeded, but it wasn't for lack of trying. As he watched the marine take the safety off of his rifle he was glad he hadn't removed his body armor despite the heat. If this turned violent, and he wouldn't be the one to initiate it, it would eat every .556 round the other soldier had cared to bring along.

He smirked "well then what branch were you from?" He asked knowing mercenaries were not just hired for their looks "my guess is army due to the stubbornness" he said
Coben nodded. "Army for two years until I was discharged for my entrepreneurial spirit. Been a lot happier since then. If they hadn't kicked me out, who knows where I'd be?" he looked around for a second before continuing. "Well, probably not here actually." he shrugged "anyway, better off for leaving."
He chuckled a little "any who fresh water is that way bout less then 1/4 of a Mile" he said pointing in the direction behind the group "and as for food there is also hogs near so if you wanna eat you'd get the hogs and I'll cooking them" he explained
Brian listened to both of the guys and felt completely useless. Please be ok. Please don't be dead. Please sis I'm begging. These guys they're military and whatnot, you'll be fine. I'm sure of it. Just hang in there. Please. He thought to himself. No one even realized the guilt that sunk in his stomach. He was the reason for the plane crashing. His careless mistake did this. It killed people, stranded them.
Calendar watched the others for another moment. Their arguing seemed to die down but they both seem ready to pull out their guns and shoot at the same time too. Calendar sighed. Injuring or killing the other survivors seemed pathletic and completely stupid to him so he turned away and started to follow Vee. "We'll be off now. I'll make sure we are back before dark." He says glancing back over his shoulder.
"Sure, not like I have to worry about you making off with everything. Where would you go?" he turned back to Stella "looks like we're going hunting." he said. He settled his sniper rifle on his back and re-holstered his pistol as he moved towards the edge of the forest. "Back before dark." he waved over his shoulder "Try not to burn the place down."
Caleb let's out a unamused laugh and shrugged. "Where else would I go if I'm looking for food or water? I'm gonna search a part of the forest." He explains. Caleb turns back around finished talking with the others seeing he'll get no where with them.
Jim looked at Caleb seeing things were tense he sat back and watch to see what was gonna happen
Vee looked over her shoulder at Caleb. Now what happing with him? "C'mon Caleb" she tells him and keeps moving. She didn't want to see another fight. "Were not going to find food and water if we stay here" she reminds him.
Caleb nods. Then he starts off towards the trees again not looking behind him. Caleb glanced over at Vee beside him. "Sorry about that. They were just starting to get on my nerves and I never really had a high tolerance when it came to patience." He says with a shrug.
She slowly down so he was walking next to her then walked the same pace. "I wouldn't blame you. What were they doing with all those guns anyway." She wraps her arms around herself as protection as she thinks about all those guns anyway. She was glad to be away from them now.

((And firearms can be placed below the plane in a stowed container as long as it's TSA approved and is announced upon check-in. Not sure if you knew or if your character knew, just thought I'd tell you))

((Sorry i didn't post even though i want too but lately I've been busy. I was at the hospital to take care of my grandpa then my aunt switched me. But the next day i woke up in pain so i was taken to the ER. They found out i have appendix so had surgery today and i don't feel like texting))
