I suspect that theme will be heavy on the dollar. Are smaller units like cents, nickels and dimes or pennies OK?

You're probably right there..i guess if it's a specific coin, like a Crown/Half Crown, Guinea, Shilling, Farthing, Sovereign, Dime, Cent, Dinari, Trite, Florin, Groat, Laurel, Unite, Sixpence, Lira, Ducat, Mark, and so...then yeah they could be included.
